Ultramax 2008 chassis line up...
Competition Proven Performance - Quality - Innovation - Support!

Ultramax Racing Chassis is proud to announce the new 2010 Ultramax Excentrik Chassis.

The Excentrik is uniquely different from any other chassis on the market today. Ultramax has spent many months testing and tuning this chassis to be the next step in chassis performance evolution! The 2010, Ultramax “EXCENTRIK” will be the chassis that keeps the Ultramax racers ahead of the competition.

The “EXCENTRIK” has been designed to take advantage of the speed that can be achieved with the new rear-end design. This chassis is built beyond the norm, the under tubing axle rails design keeps hanger flex at a very minimum, the new design has no sheet metal type hangers. Ultramax has replaced the hanger design with cassette mounting plates allowing the strength of the chassis tubes to make all the transfer motions happen more consistently.

The new 2010 Ultramax “EXCENTRIK” has a new and very unique spindle design, there are “NO WASHERS” needed. The front-end is made up of a serrated interior plate, serrated exterior “L” block, which is used to change cross percentages and a small pill system to obtain the desired caster. The serrated block system improves efficiency and reduces the flex in the king-pin and spindle/heim and also allows the racer to adjust the cross percentages in record time and also eliminates, dropped and/or lost spindle washers.

A new chassis for the cost of a used chassis!

With the cost of racing increasing tremendously in the last few years, this year at Ultramax, we are doing our part to help the racer that competes at the local level and has no need for latest and greatest "item of the month". The new "Bad Max" will also be an ideal chassis for the entry level racer to start off with to learn the basics of kart racing and still be competitive in all divisions. With racers being able to purchase a brand new affordable chassis for around $1200.00, the racer will now have a choice on whether to buy a used chassis that may have been damaged or have other problems or go with the new Bad Max.

In order to produce a chassis that the racer can purchase in the $1200.00 range, we have used our many resources to purchase quality component parts and products used on our Bad Max. We are saving racers money by leaving off frills like special anodizing, etching, and substituted many "top of the line" items that we use on our other high end models with quality reliable components. The Bad Max will be mig welded, not tig welded, but as always, we will maintain our very high level of quality on every product we manufacture, and the Bad Max will be manufactured under the same very strict procedures and standards that all of our chassis are manufactured by.

The Bad Max will be available only in black, and will not be able to be upgraded with options. Including seat and steering wheel.

The C4 is a base off the 03-05 Blaze Octane / 07 LGC and has the Clam-Shell Cassettes. This chassis is very user-friendly and works great on Low to Mid Grip track surfaces.

The C4 is mig-welded, has 4130 Chrome-Moly Tubing, is Heim Front End adjustable, has the Element Pedal design, and had directional hubs.

This is another way Ultramax has offered the racer a High-Performance Chassis at a Low-Budget Price.
